We already knew husband and wife chefs, Dave and Su and had worked with them for a number of years before we bought a beautiful building in the up and coming Pietermaai district of Willemstad in Curaçao to enable them to create a restaurant which has proved popular with tourists and locals alike.

Their menu is regularly refreshed and shows off the many different influences of the island – Caribbean, American, Asian and always uses fresh locally sourced produce where possible. Kome offers an eclectic bar scene at the weekend which creates a bustling lively atmosphere. It was also one of the first restaurants anywhere in the world to stock Alpasion wine and it remains a strong seller on its wine list.
