The Inga Foundation in Honduras, that we deeply support, recently got struck by the two devastative hurricanes Eta and Iota, being the biggest hurricanes hitting the area since 1998. The Inga Foundation needs help to assist farmers and people living in the valleys, where devastating floods occurred, covering everything in mud, destroying cities and killing many. L'Igloo de Sallen reste ouvert pendant le reconfinement!
Malgré les annonces récentes de la part du gouvernement Français, notre restaurent l’Igloo, dans la commune de Sallen, restera ouvert et proposera des repas à emporter et une carte exclusive pour l’occasion avec les plats préférés de nos clients.
Notre équipe, désormais habituée au protocole sanitaire strict que demande cette période si particulière, a su jusqu’à maintenant brillamment s’adapter face à la situation et tout de même proposer des plats de qualité et satisfaire au mieux nos clients, dans le respect des consignes sanitaires et le respect des gestes barrière pour que tout le monde soit parfaitement protégé.
Ouvert du Jeudi au Dimanche, l’Igloo, en proposant des plats uniquement à emporter, peut ainsi rester ouvert et notre personnel peut continuer de proposer de bons plats faits maison, permettant à tous d’être en sécurité et de se protéger.

The Igloo de Sallen stays open during the second lockdown!
Despite recent announcements by the French government, our restaurant, L'Igloo, in the town of Sallen, will remain open and will offer take-away meals and an exclusive menu for the occasion with our clients' favourite dishes.
Our team, now accustomed to the strict sanitary protocol required during this very special period, has so far been able to adapt brilliantly to the situation and still offer quality dishes and satisfy our customers as best as possible, in compliance with the sanitary instructions and the respect of social distancing so that everyone is perfectly protected.
Open from Thursday to Sunday, the Igloo, by offering take-away meals only, can thus remain open and our staff can continue to offer good home-made dishes, allowing everyone to be safe and protected.
We hope to see you take orders if you are ever confined to the area!

Le Grand Cabernet Franc Alpasión élu meilleur vin Argentin au LWC 2020
Notre Grand Cabernet Franc 2016 a été élu meilleur vin d’Argentine à la London Wine Competition 2020, dans la catégorie “BEST IN SHOW BY COUNTRY” (meilleur en compétition par pays). Cette nouvelle distinction vient s’ajouter à la médaille d’or de la compétition reçue il y a de cela quelques mois, mais aussi au prix du meilleur Cabernet Franc de la compétition.
Ces trois prix ne font que récompenser la totalité de nos équipes qui travaillent d’arrache pied pour produire le vin meilleur vin possible, et ne peuvent que nous motiver à continuer sur cette lancée.
The Alpasión Grand Cabernet Franc voted best Argentinean wine at the LWC 2020
Our Grand Cabernet Franc 2016 has been elected best wine of Argentina at the London Wine Competition 2020, in the category "BEST IN SHOW BY COUNTRY". This new distinction comes in addition to the gold medal received a few months ago, but also to the prize for the best Cabernet Franc of the competition.
These three prizes are a reward for all our teams who work hard to produce the best possible wine, and can only motivate us to keep up the good work.
