Back in June, Joanne and Alistair joined the International Grand Chapitre and AGM of la Chaîne des Rotisseurs in Paris.
La Chaîne des Rotisseurs was first founded in 1248, it was the guild of the “Ayeurs” or goose roasters as you can see in the video, it has evolved in time to become this great organisation with members all across the globe. It is an association dedicated to gastronomy and friendship.
The professional members are working in gastronomy, there are different categories, from Chefs to Sommeliers, to restaurant owners.
Joanne and Alistair went to the Ritz in Paris to take part in the dinner.
